2011-2012 Online Agreement
On behalf of the above mentioned Golf Course, Golf Professional or Business, I agree to honor Online Vouchers from 2for1golf.com. I’ve listed my restrictions and stipulations for my downloadable Online Coupon or “Red Hot” Daily Deal special and I will also email artwork for inclusion in my offer to redhotpartner@2for1golf.com. Furthermore, 2for1golf.com/West Coast Golf retain the rights to use Course or Business names in 2for1golf.com media and promotional campaigns.
Online Coupon Program: There’s no fee to our “Partners” to participate in this program. 2for1golf.com charges the consumer a fee for the downloadable online vouchers, the fee is based upon the savings of the offer. A fee of $3.95 is charged for offers with savings of $10-$39, $6.95 for vouchers with $40-$89 in savings and $9.95 for vouchers with savings of $90 or more. When a purchase is made, your course contact will be sent an email order confirmation # that corresponds with that particular online purchase and the consumer will present their voucher(s) in your Pro Shop or mail it to your business for redemption.
“Red Hot” Daily Deal Program: There’s a 20% service fee for ANY SALES generated thru our “Red Hot” Daily Deal program. 2for1golf.com will pay the design, production, email and credit card transaction fees associated with your 10-day special. 2for1golf.com will collect the sales revenue generated from your “Red Hot” Daily Deal and mail a check to you for 80% of the Total Sales within 2-3 business days after the conclusion of your “Red Hot” Daily Deal campaign. You’ll also be sent a Spreadsheet with the names, addresses and emails of the consumers that purchased your special offer.
2for1golf.com reserves the right to choose the “Deal of the Day”, which will be posted at the 2for1golf.com homepage. The remaining “Red Hot” Daily Deals will be available to consumers thru a link, which will be highlighted directly below the “Deal of the Day”. |
